LUCA ("Land-Use Consultant & Analyst") is a web-based AI tool built and operated by Galaxy Wayco (GALAXY WAY COMPANY LLC), a Los Angeles–based real estate consulting and brokerage company.
By accessing or using LUCA, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
LUCA queries live public data sources and uses an AI language model to generate structured zoning and feasibility analysis for parcels within the City and County of Los Angeles. LUCA's analysis pipeline includes:
LUCA does not provide legal, architectural, or investment advice. Nothing generated by LUCA constitutes a formal entitlement opinion, architectural feasibility determination, or financial recommendation.
LUCA's AI-generated outputs are based on publicly available zoning data and general LAMC interpretations. They may not account for:
Always verify zoning, overlay eligibility, and development potential directly with ZIMAS, LADBS, and a licensed land-use consultant or attorney before making decisions.
LUCA is offered on a subscription basis at $4.99/month (LUCA Starter), billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription includes up to 80 analyses per month, measured by parcel/address lookup queries.
Galaxy Wayco may offer promotional codes or trial periods at its discretion. These are non-transferable and subject to additional terms at the time of issuance.
LUCA uses Supabase for account authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You may not share your account with others or use LUCA to serve multiple end-users from a single subscription.
Galaxy Wayco reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
LUCA collects minimal personal data necessary to operate the service:
Galaxy Wayco does not sell your personal data. LUCA does not store conversation history beyond the current session.
LUCA's analysis responses are generated by Claude (Anthropic), an AI language model. AI-generated content can contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Galaxy Wayco does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any AI-generated output.
You acknowledge that:
LUCA, its system prompt, interface design, and underlying logic are proprietary to Galaxy Wayco (GALAXY WAY COMPANY LLC). All rights reserved.
You retain ownership of the addresses and data you submit to LUCA. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use LUCA's output for your own professional use during an active subscription period.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative products based on LUCA's interface or outputs without written permission from Galaxy Wayco.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Galaxy Wayco (GALAXY WAY COMPANY LLC) and its members, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of LUCA, including but not limited to:
Galaxy Wayco's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of LUCA shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Galaxy Wayco may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of LUCA after notice of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
